Named for Achilles, who reportedly used it to treat battlefield wounds, Yarrow brings haemostatic, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial action to this blend — supporting the reduction of excessive lochia, soothing uterine inflammation, and offering gentle protection during the vulnerable postpartum recovery period.

Small herb. Significant effect. One of the most respected haemostatic herbs in botanical medicine, Shepherd’s Purse is included specifically for its action on postpartum bleeding. It contracts uterine tissue, reduces blood loss, and supports the return to healthy uterine tone. The smallest percentage in this blend — because this herb does not need to shout to be heard.

Take 20 drops or 1 pump (1ml) sublingually or in a small amount of warm water, 3 times daily — ideally 30 minutes before meals. One 50ml bottle provides approximately 25–30 days of use at the recommended dose.
