This website is operated by Cosmic Bazaar. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cosmic Bazaar. Cosmic Bazaar operates an online retail and marketplace platform where products may be offered for sale by both Cosmic Bazaar and independent third-party vendors. In some cases products are supplied directly by Cosmic Bazaar, and in other cases products are supplied by vendors using the platform.
Where a product is supplied by an independent vendor, Cosmic Bazaar facilitates the transaction between the customer and the vendor. In such cases the vendor is the supplier of record for that product.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables products to be offered and purchased through this website.

Where a product is supplied by a third-party vendor, the vendor acts as the supplier of record and is responsible for the product supplied.
Cosmic Bazaar may facilitate payment processing, logistics, fulfilment and customer service support but does not assume responsibility as the principal seller where the product is supplied by an independent vendor.
SECTION 3 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.
Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
Headings in this agreement are included for convenience and will not affect interpretation of these Terms.
SECTION 4 – PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT SUPPLIERS
Products available on this website may be supplied either by Cosmic Bazaar or by independent vendors using the marketplace platform.
Where products are supplied by independent vendors, those vendors are responsible for:
- Product quality and safety
- Compliance with applicable laws
- Product descriptions and representations
- Product warranties
- Handling product defects or manufacturer issues
Cosmic Bazaar may assist with fulfilment and customer support but does not assume manufacturing or product liability for goods supplied by independent vendors.

Cosmic Bazaar may assist in coordinating returns and support but does not assume responsibility for manufacturing defects for products supplied by independent vendors.

We may provide access to third-party tools which we do not monitor or control.
These tools are provided “as is” without warranties or conditions of any kind.
Use of such tools is entirely at your own risk.
